Brian, the sales person, took the time to answer all my questions and familiarize me with the new (to me) bike I was interested in, a used 2019 Tiger 800 Xcx. Don, the sales manager, was upfront and honest giving me the best deal on my trade while showing me how he derived it's value. Tammy, the finance manager, worked with me on the exact terms I requested for financing the remainder of my purchase. All terms were met and at a reasonable interest rate. Gigi, the brand ambassador (and generous with her hand kisses), checked in with me during the buying process ensuring a smooth transaction. I rode out of the dealership confident of both the quality of the bike I bought and the quality of the deal I received.
