I'll start first by saying that I bought my 2018 T120 new from a friend that has a dealership in Louisville, KY. I was living there when I decided to buy a new bike. I mention this because this group doesn't seem to care where I bought it. I've ordered new accessory parts, new tires and had service work done here and they have been great to work with as well as being more than fair on pricing. On 2 service occasions I was caught needing unplanned service and they got me in and out on the same day. One day was a late Friday afternoon of a holiday day weekend and the other was a mid-day Saturday. Each time I was mentally prepared to not see the bike before Tuesday of the next week. They're a small stand-alone Triumph dealer and they have worked hard and earned my business. Larry
