Kj was excellent. We actually met at the AIMExpo in columbus OH in the Triumph booth. I went to the booth a few times that day and each time the sales guy in the booth was pretty busy, the last time I was in the booth Kj walked up when I was admiring a street scrambler. He told me a bit about the bike and showed me a nice used one they just got in at home in Tampa.. Kj was personable, his follow up was excellent and was never pushy!
